We also provide the same high quality across a wider geographical area in the guise of the national programmes Shell LiveWIRE and Shell Step. The Enterprise Agency has been successfully delivering a diverse range of business support activities since the mid 1980's, assisting in excess of six thousand start-up businesses. As a DTI accredited agency, it is able to demonstrate its success in many ways - none more so that business survivability rates are significantly higher than the national average following the intervention of its activity with local businesses. Its trade membership is with the National Federation of Enterprise Agencies and it is also a founder member of the North West Enterprise Agency Limited. Our objectives have been achieved by acting and thinking like our customers and demonstrating entrepreneural qualities that have ensured that we have met their high expectations in a challenging and constantly changing environment. Our customer satisfaction levels are consistently high averaging over 95% in the past year.
